These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tk10app platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before using any part of the service.
These terms form a legally binding contract between you and tk10app. Access to or use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms set out in this document.
tk10app is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
All deposits made to tk10app must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tk10app. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated bonus balances forfeited without notice.
tk10app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by tk10app, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, and any promotional offerings made available through the platform.
By accessing the tk10app website at tk10app.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you enter into a binding agreement with tk10app and confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all previous versions. tk10app reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. All games, odds, and betting markets are provided on an "as is" basis. tk10app makes no representation that outcomes will be profitable for any individual player. Gambling involves financial risk and past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of tk10app. Any provisions found to be unenforceable shall be severed from the remainder of this agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the tk10app website, all associated subdomains, and any mobile browser interface operated by tk10app.
- "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk10app platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered player profile created on tk10app, including all associated wallet balances, bet history, and personal information.
- "Wallet Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's tk10app account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a player account subject to specific wagering conditions.
- "Wager" refers to any bet placed on a sports market, casino game, slot title, or other gaming product available on the tk10app platform.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed, as described in Section 3.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to tk10app is restricted to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below. It is your responsibility to confirm that you qualify before registering an account.
To register and use tk10app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location.
If tk10app discovers at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including if a player is found to be under 18 years of age — the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Any winnings accumulated by an underage account will be forfeited in full. tk10app reserves the right to report underage gambling activity to relevant authorities where required.

Account Registration
Each player may hold one account on tk10app. Registration requires accurate personal information, and all accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed.
To create a tk10app account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Identity Verification (KYC)
tk10app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard international gaming industry practice. All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid Bangladesh passport
- Bangladesh driving licence (where applicable)
For withdrawals above ৳50,000, tk10app may additionally request proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant bKash or Nagad transaction history). This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure applied uniformly across all accounts and is not indicative of any specific concern regarding your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tk10app strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication, which is available free of charge from your account security settings. You must notify tk10app immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. tk10app accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
Duplicate Accounts
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one tk10app account. If duplicate accounts are detected, tk10app will close the additional accounts and may close the original account as well. Any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances across duplicate accounts may be consolidated into a single account at tk10app's discretion, or returned to verified payment methods where appropriate.
Deposits & Withdrawals
tk10app supports all major Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers. All transactions are subject to the limits and conditions described below.
Deposits
Deposits to your tk10app wallet may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard player accounts, though tk10app reserves the right to apply transaction limits for risk management purposes.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your tk10app wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. tk10app is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. tk10app does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the tk10app account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have not completed KYC will be held pending document submission.
Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 15 minutes on average during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Bank transfers (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Within one business day.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.
tk10app does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk10app accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account. This policy is applied for player protection and anti-money-laundering compliance. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the tk10app finance team.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on tk10app — whether on cricket, other sports, or casino games — are governed by the rules set out in this section alongside any product-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.
By placing a wager on tk10app, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or market in question, that the bet is placed voluntarily and with your own funds, and that the outcome is determined by the relevant sporting event result or certified random number generator as applicable.
Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets
Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled start time of the event. Live in-play bets are accepted during the event at the odds displayed at the time of placement. tk10app reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice — including during live play — where it determines that acceptance of further bets is not appropriate.
In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold is reached, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. The minimum completion threshold for BPL and international T20 matches is the completion of 10 overs by the batting side in the first innings, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits may vary by sport, event, and account tier. tk10app reserves the right to reduce the maximum bet limit for any individual account or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Casino Games
All casino games available on tk10app — including slots, live dealer tables, and table game variants — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and independently audited by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). tk10app does not modify game outcomes in any way.
Return to player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published by the game provider and are accessible within the game's information panel. tk10app does not guarantee any specific return for any individual player session.
Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error on any sports betting market or casino game, tk10app reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. This applies regardless of whether the wager appeared to have resulted in a win at the time of the error. tk10app's decision in such matters is final.
Bonuses & Promotions
tk10app offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and seasonal offers. All promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and the conditions described in this section.
Any bonus, free spin credit, or promotional offer made available to tk10app players is subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence only to the extent of the conflict.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus value must be wagered thirty times across qualifying games before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino and table game wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Crash games and instant-win titles may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — check individual promotion terms for confirmation.
Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-device, one-per-IP-address basis.
- Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and may not be transferred between accounts.
- tk10app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a player account at any time if it suspects the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
- No-deposit bonuses and free spin awards are subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings above the cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk10app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Players must use the tk10app platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including depositing funds on behalf of another person.
- Colluding with other players, using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the tk10app platform or any game integrated within it. Any winnings accumulated as a result of exploiting a known or unknown bug will be forfeited.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
- Laundering money or using the tk10app platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
- Making chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after funds have been credited to your tk10app wallet and wagered.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing tk10app support staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your true geographic location.
tk10app employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts periodic manual account reviews. Where prohibited conduct is identified, tk10app will take appropriate action including but not limited to: immediate account suspension, confiscation of bonus funds, recovery of winnings obtained through prohibited activity, and permanent account closure. In cases involving suspected criminal conduct including money laundering or fraud, tk10app will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
tk10app reserves the right to suspend or close any player account in the circumstances set out below. Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time.
Suspension by tk10app
tk10app may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).
Where an account is closed by tk10app for a breach of these terms, any real-money wallet balance remaining after deduction of voided winnings, bonus recoveries, and administration charges will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within 10 business days, unless the closure relates to suspected money laundering or fraud, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the tk10app support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, any withdrawable real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
tk10app provides a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling has become problematic. Self-exclusion options available include periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. To initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tk10app will notify dormant account holders via email before applying any inactivity administration fee. The inactivity fee, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a verification step via the support team.
